Our team is built on collaboration, compassion, and a shared commitment to meaningful care. SCRP Behavioural Services brings together Registered Behaviour Analysts, behavioural consultants, and behaviour therapists who work collaboratively to provide individualized, evidence-based support.

Through ongoing communication, clinical supervision, and mentorship, our team works together to ensure each client receives consistent, ethical, and person-centred care that reflects their unique strengths, needs, and goals.

Mackenzie Q.

Mackenzie is a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) in Ontario, Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), and Certified Behavioural Sleep Practitioner with over a decade of experience in the field of behaviour analysis. She holds a Master of Professional Education specializing in Applied Behaviour Analysis and has completed advanced training in behavioural sleep support, Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT), Practical Functional Assessment and Skill-Based Treatment (PFA/SBT), trauma-informed practice, and contemporary approaches to behaviour analysis.

Throughout her career, Mackenzie has supported neurodivergent children and adolescents with a wide range of strengths, goals, and support needs. Her areas of particular interest include communication and adaptive skill development, emotional regulation, caregiver coaching, behavioural sleep support, and the assessment and treatment of challenging behaviour using compassionate and assent-informed approaches.

Mackenzie takes a collaborative, practical, and highly individualized approach to care. She works closely with clients, caregivers, and other professionals to develop evidence-based behavioural supports that are meaningful and achievable in everyday life. Her goal is to promote skill development, independence, and quality of life while ensuring services remain responsive to each individual’s unique needs, values, preferences, and goals.

Behavioural Services Operations Manager & Supervised Behavioural Consultant

Mackenzie V. 

Mackenzie brings a strong background in behavioural science, psychology, and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), with experience supporting individuals with diverse behavioural, developmental, and rehabilitation needs.

Mackenzie holds a three-year Advanced Diploma in Behavioural Science from St. Lawrence College and has completed a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology at Carleton University. Her professional experience includes providing behavioural services within hospital and community-based settings, including supporting individuals with brain injuries and intellectual disabilities.

Her clinical experience includes behaviour support planning, skill development, data collection, caregiver and staff education, and the implementation of individualized behavioural interventions. Mackenzie is particularly passionate about expanding the understanding of ABA beyond traditional settings and demonstrating how behavioural principles can support independence, meaningful skill development, participation, and quality of life across the lifespan.

As Behavioural Services Operations Manager, Mackenzie supports the development and day-to-day operations of SCRP Behavioural Services while helping foster a collaborative, ethical, and client-centred approach to care. In her clinical role, she provides behavioural services as a Supervised Behavioural Consultant under the supervision of a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA), in accordance with applicable professional and regulatory requirements.
